Smart Katt Designs LLC was establishsed in 2004.  We design and manufacture bead and continuity detection systems for magnet wire and write custom software.  All our products are designed and manufactured at our facility in Dayton Ohio. 

 

 

 

The Smart Katt bead & continuity detection system provides on-line monitoring for beads and continuity faults on aluminum and copper magnet wire.  The Windows 10 based system consist of a computer, Smart Katt software, system console, and bead and continuity detectors.  The software included with the system provides real time monitoring and saves the historical data to the computer hard drive.
